O2Trainer Lifetime Warranty Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality and durability of the O2Trainer. When you purchase the Lifetime Warranty as an add-on to your O2Trainer, you receive lifetime protection against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.

Important: The Lifetime Warranty is a separate purchased product. Each O2Trainer device requires its own warranty purchase for coverage. This warranty applies ONLY to the O2Trainer device itself, not to accessories, supplements, or other products.

What's Covered

This lifetime warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failures of the O2Trainer device body
  • Defective resistance caps that crack or break under normal use
  • Hardware or component failures that affect device functionality

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear, discoloration, or fading
  • Damage from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow included instructions
  • Damage from accidents, drops, crushing, or impact
  • Modifications or alterations to the device
  • Damage from improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Accessories including cleaning spray, supplements, resistance caps lost due to user negligence, or optional add-ons
  • Damage from teeth marks, bite damage, or chewing
  • Products not properly cleaned and maintained per care instructions

Product Care & Longevity

The O2Trainer is engineered for durability and will last for years when properly cared for. To maintain your warranty coverage:

  • Clean your O2Trainer regularly with appropriate cleaning solution
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
  • Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
  • Do not bite down or chew on the device
  • Follow all instructions in the included training guide
  • Inspect resistance caps regularly and ensure they are properly seated

When properly maintained, the O2Trainer should not require replacement under normal use conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty coverage, you must:

  1. Have purchased the Lifetime Warranty - Warranty must be purchased at the time of O2Trainer purchase or within 30 days of device purchase
  2. One warranty per device - Each O2Trainer requires a separate warranty purchase. Multiple devices require multiple warranty purchases
  3. Provide proof of purchase - Original order number, receipt, or email confirmation showing both O2Trainer AND warranty purchase from O2Trainer.com
  4. Be the original purchaser - Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer
  5. Register your warranty - Warranty must be activated within 30 days of purchase at O2Trainer.com/lifetime-warranty
  6. Demonstrate proper care - Device shows signs of normal use consistent with provided care and training guidelines

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@o2trainer.com
  2. Provide your order number and registered product information
  3. Submit clear photos showing the defect or damage
  4. Describe the issue and how it occurred
  5. Wait for approval before sending any products back

Important: Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded for shipping costs.

Warranty Limitations

  • Replacement coverage: Approved warranty replacements are automatically covered under the same warranty
  • Excessive replacements: More than 2 replacements within a 24-month period will trigger a review. Patterns of excessive replacements may result in warranty revocation
  • One claim per 12 months: Maximum of one warranty claim per device per 12-month period under normal circumstances
  • Inspection required: We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify defects and proper care
  • Warranty claims determined to be from misuse, abuse, improper care, or normal wear will be denied
  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are the customer's responsibility
  • Return shipping of replacement products is covered by O2Trainer
  • Repeated denied claims may result in warranty suspension

Fraud Prevention

We take warranty fraud seriously. Our O2Trainer is built to last when cared for properly. The following actions will result in immediate denial and possible warranty revocation:

  • Submitting false information or fraudulent claims
  • Attempting to claim warranty on products without a purchased warranty
  • Claiming defects on intentionally damaged products
  • Multiple warranty claims across different accounts from the same address
  • Reselling warranty replacement products
  • Demonstrating patterns of neglect or improper care (e.g., not following cleaning guidelines)
  • Excessive replacement requests inconsistent with normal product lifespan
  • Failure to provide requested documentation or photos during claim review

Final Provisions

  • O2Trainer reserves the right to discontinue or modify this warranty at any time
  • Changes to warranty terms will not affect products already purchased
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights depending on your location
  • In the event a product is discontinued, we may offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value
  • This warranty is void where prohibited by law
